My yoga journey

Started in 2009, my yoga journey began unexpectedly at a sleepover, where I first experienced the profound impact of mindfulness and meditation on my neurodiverse body, mind, and spirit. The sense of calm and focus I felt during that initial Savasana sparked a lifelong passion. Notably, it also marked the beginning of my journey towards better sleep, a common challenge for individuals with ADHD and anxiety.

As I deepened my practice in 2013, yoga became my sanctuary during a tumultuous period of healing from trauma, abuse, and family challenges. This powerful practice not only provided emotional and mental safety but also empowered me to reclaim my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My commitment to yoga led me to pursue:

· 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020
· 300-hour Yoga Therapy Diploma in 2024, with my intention of specializing in yoga for ADHD, ADD, CPTSD, and PTSD

Prior to dedicating myself to yoga, I worked as a digital marketing specialist after returning home from some solo global travels. However, the COVID-19 pandemic presented an unexpected opportunity. After being retrenched, I was able to focus on my yoga training during the lockdown. As restrictions lifted, I began teaching yoga, and my passion for sharing at-home yoga practices for neurodiverse individuals grew.

Why At-Home Yoga for Neurodiverse Wellness? As someone who identifies as neurospicy, I understand the overwhelm of traditional studio classes. That's why I'm dedicated to providing comforting, manageable, and nourishing at-home yoga experiences, allowing you to customise your practice from the comfort of your own space.

My Personal Experience with Yoga as Medicine Throughout my journey, yoga has been my primary tool for self-regulation and healing, as I was thankfully never put on pharmaceutical medication by my family (at first this was a hinderance, now a blessing). This approach has taught me the transformative power of yoga in managing ADHD, CPTSD, and PTSD symptoms.

Join Me on This Journey Now, I invite you to experience the liberating effects of yoga for yourself. Explore my at-home yoga practices, designed specifically for neurodiverse individuals seeking comfort, regulation, and self-love.
